Video Production

Do you need any interview, event, commercial, or documentary footage of Tokyo or Japan?

Hi, my name is Greg Lam, and I shoot, edit, and produce all the videos on the Life Where I’m From. What a lot of people don’t know, is that I used to run a small video production company in Vancouver, Canada before moving to Japan.

I mainly produce promotional and educational videos, with a smattering of documentaries. I’ve interviewed CEO’s of billion dollar companies, filmed top-level politicians, collaborated with highly skilled artisans, and worked with society’s neediest citizens. Honestly, there’s something special about everyone you meet, no matter the titles. However, working with people from various backgrounds sometimes requires dressing up and wearing a suit while other times putting on your cold gear and climbing a mountain.

If there’s some event you want filmed, a person you want interviewed, or a story told, please contact me. I’d be happy to chat!

What kind of quality can you expect? Here’s some samples of videos I’ve shot in the past.
